How to Join MOE 2.0

Joining MOE 2.0 is easy! Follow these simple steps to get your business certified

Application Submission

Business must submit their application along with the following basic eligibility criteria:

  • At least 51% of company must be owned by Muslims
  • Proof of ACRA Registration
  • NEA or SFA license to ensure compliance with local regulations

Pre – Assessments

Once the application is submitted, a follow up session will be conducted by SMCCI to:

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents
  • Confirm the business meets the necessary registrations and licensing requirements before proceeding

Consultation & Trainings

Business will undergo a consultation and training session with include:

  • A 2-hour online training led by authorized SMCCI Consultants
  • Comprehensive guidance on certification standards, compliance requirements and best practices for maintaining certification

On-Site Inspection

An On-Site inspection will be conducted to

  • Inspect the business premises to ensure operational practices meet certification standards
  • Verify compliance with hygiene, documentation and operational process based on industry-specific regulations

Certification Issuance

Upon successful completion of the audit, the business will receive:

  • An official certification and decal to display at their premise
  • Certification validity lasts for 1 year, after which a renewal is required to maintain certified status
